The AOK Network is a systems-building project funded by the Illinois Department of Human Services. AOK brings the community together to discuss and address the needs of families with very young children; and, through this collaborative effort, works toward ensuring that all children have the same opportunities to succeed.
Although AOK does not provide direct service to families, the Network welcomes inquiries and comments from parents regarding local services. AOK also has direct ties to state-level policy groups who welcome feedback from our local families.
The AOK Network produces the "Parent (pocket) Resource Guide", which is a business-card size listing of local agencies serving families in McLean County. Call to receive one. We also help to produce a directory of local services in Spanish.
