Summer camp programs

Autism McLean offers two summer camps at Lake Bloomington's Timber Pointe Outdoor Center (TPOC):

  1. Camp Takoda is dedicated to providing a valuable experience for children on the autism spectrum in a natural outdoor setting on Lake Bloomington. Children have the opportunity to engage in typical camp activities, including, canoeing, swimming, horseback riding, games, and much more in a safe and supportive atmosphere.
  2. Camp Pathfinder is geared specifically to siblings of people living with Autism. The goal of this camp is to provide opportunities for our siblings to experience the majesty of TPOC and be recognized for their care and support of their siblings. Having a sibling with a special needs creates a unique relationship.
