Treat Feast – Uptown Normal

Grab your scary ghosts and ghouls and head to Uptown Wednesday, October 30th where the streets will be closed from 5-6:30pm for a night of wonderful Trick or Treating! Uptown shops supply the candy and Uptown Partners supplies the entertainment as your little ones safely walk the streets of Uptown.
